Five Stick Friday

Since I happened to have the unfortunate instances of laptop repair twice in 2022, I decided to check out the fine print with MY repair shop on what would happen if I never returned to retrieve it.

The attached photo is a screen capture of their policy. As the customer, if I do not claim my computer, the shop has the right to dispose of my machine and my data. I’m not asserting Hunter Biden’s shop had an identical policy. I’m providing bit for reference.

The shop makes no claim nor did I authorize the shop browsing through my data, sharing my data, making digital images of my hard drive. Nor did I agree to having my laptop handed to a third party. By signing, I authorized the shop to dispose of my machine and data.

So… now that Hunter Biden is fighting back, I’ll ask the obvious question. How did Giuliani get his machine ( if it is his machine) and it’s data from the shop owner in the first place.

Hunter Biden is clearly not living his best life. He’s also under investigation for tax fraud. Seems to me that any legitimate evidence towards that charge is probably out the window. There’s no chain of custody on the “evidence”.

There was no search warrant. There wasn’t even a probable cause hearing. A shop owner just handed this machine to Giuliani.

I’m all about nobody being above the law. That’s not what Gym Jordan has in mind. He has humiliation, embarrassment, and political damage in mind. He thinks Benghazi was just enough to beat Clinton in 2016, and being the unimaginative wrestler-rape bystander that he is… has decided to try it again.

Sad.But very,very predictable.
